Isn't it cheaper to buy a new probe?
Our studies show you can save up to 77% compared to purchasing a new probe. Probes repaired in our lab carry a warranty of 3 to 12 months.
My probe is specific, how can I be sure you can repair it?
Our team consists of experts trained to repair probes of all brands and types. In the request form, we ask you to specify the exact brand and model. We will then confirm if we support your probe. Once received, we perform a precise diagnosis to determine if repair is feasible. We have a 90% success rate.
What is the repair process?
Usually, we perform an initial check upon receipt (live test, leakage test, air scan, crystal measurement). Then, we conduct a complete analysis followed by the repair itself. Finally, we issue a repair certificate and perform a final control with a test report before issuing the warranty certificate.
Do you offer a probe rental service?
We do not offer straight rentals; our lab focuses on repairs. However, we can lend you a probe for the duration of a repair.
How long will the repair take?
Once we receive the probe and you accept the quote, the repair takes on average 4 to 7 days before the probe is returned. We have over 15,000 spare parts in stock, allowing us to be often more reactive than competitors. We can also lend you a probe during this time.
